Mapping & Services
Using the bird’s eye view of our drones, we can survey properties by stitching together images taken from the drones to create digital orthomosaics, 3D surface models and terrain models (DEM). Drones have greatly improved the efficiency of land surveying because the turnaround is much quicker than using a ground survey crew and the results are precise every time. Our team works closely with licensed surveyors to ensure that every project we map and survey is accurately detailed. The mapping and surveying process starts with flight planning and then moves onto setting up on-site ground control points. After the property mapping is planned out, we can then fly our drones and capture images. The final step requires the images to be imported into our state-of-the-art software where the pictures are joined together to create seamless maps.
Drones are revolutionizing the way agriculture experts maintain and improve their crops. From field analysis to crop monitoring and irrigation assessments, our drone services can help with all facets of the agricultural industry. By scouting the fields with drones, we eliminate the need for having large teams of people on the ground to count crops, identify crop stress and forecast yields. After shooting photos and videos of the landscape, we can then review the imagery with our experts and share it with your agronomist to determine how our data can improve your efforts. Our drones can be equipped with a variety of different sensors that can detect temperature and growth. Using this data from these sensors, you can reduce water use on your crops and lower the chemical load in our environment.
Search & Rescue
When a disaster or incident threatens lives and livelihoods, emergency responders need to be able to act quickly. With the help of drones, search and rescue missions can be greatly improved. Our drones offer real-time imagery, save time in comparison to ground search crews, and can provide help during the day or at night. Drones can be equipped with infrared thermal imaging cameras that can detect body heat, which is very useful when the sun goes down and the terrain is dark or when the landscape may block a person from view. Unlike helicopters or ground crews, drones are also extremely effective for sweeping over dangerous areas or hard to reach places. These search and rescue services can be applied to search for suspects and missing persons, accidents or crime scene investigation, and disaster or emergency analysis.
High-quality images can greatly impact the appeal of any type of business promotion or website. When you elevate the perspective of the camera, those pictures will be sure to amaze even the most experienced photographer. With the help of drones, we can capture breath-taking, bird’s eye view photographs of any scene. This is particularly useful for real estate properties that want to show off what their landscape has to offer. Commercial businesses can also benefit from aerial photography by capturing their entire building from an unseen perspective. Resorts, construction sites, and golf courses are just a few examples of how aerial photography can be utilized to show off a distinct view of what your business can offer.
Golf Course Management
To attract new business and keep regular customers coming back to your golf course, the greens need to be well maintained and looking beautiful. Drones offer an elevated perspective to view the turf for dryness, hardness, flooded areas, fungal infestation and other vegetation issues. With the assistance of infrared technology, we can see plant stress before it appears to the naked eye. We use the Turf Solutions Software platform to help us analyze the data captured from our drones in order to give your team the best feedback on how to improve your landscapes. Our attention to detail and ability to cover more ground in a shorter period of time will help your golf course stay in peak shape.
Safety is our number one priority and we hope it is for your business too. We understand that climbing cell towers, power lines and water towers for routine inspections can be risky for your staff. With our help, we can eliminate those risks by using drones to get close to all of the high structures that need to be inspected. Drones can even access hard to reach places like under bridges or structures that are built over water. Aerial inspections are easier, faster, safer and more cost effective to perform. Some inspections typically require days or even weeks to conduct and can demand multiple workers depending on the job. Drone technology has provided a cost effective solution that saves time and money.
